Namaste and welcome to Devi Yoga. This is a space for cultivation of inner strength and peace through integrative yoga practice. Allowing men and women to embrace their feminine energy, their Apana energy and find balance in the body and mind.
Devi Yoga aids women to understand their bodies better and help them through their hormonal journey in life, from their first period to menopause. With special emphasis on infertility, Devi Yoga aims to support couples going through fertility treatment by giving them yogic tools to handle the emotional roller-coaster and sound medical knowledge to better understand their condition. Nutrition tips are provided to create healthy eating habits for whole body healing.
Devi Yoga teaches you to empower yourself through knowledge of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and positive affirmations to bring about holistic healing of the mind and body.

Yoga for Fertility
Fertility sequences are designed to nourish the reproductive organs, balance hormones and counteract stress to optimise fertility in men and women. Available to students of all practising levels.
Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha Yoga classes are tailor made to suit your specific requirements with focus on breath, movement and correct alignment. Available to students of all practising levels.
Restorative Yoga
Extremely relaxing and focused on the therapeutic effects of the yoga asanas (postures), this style of yoga is accessible to all.
Yoga for Stress Relief
Based on the principles of restorative yoga, these flows incorporate gentle postures which deeply nourish and relax the body. Suitable for all levels of yoga practise.
Yoga for Women
Yoga for women helps her become more in touch with her menstrual cycle. The flows are created specific to days of her cycle in order to maximise reproductive health.
Couples Yoga
Interactive and dynamic flows designed to be done with your partner. Helps to strengthen relationships by allowing couples to work with each other’s trust, strengths and weaknesses.
Meditation
Breathing and mindfulness activities are an essential tool in managing mental and physical well-being. These techniques enhance energy levels, positivity and balance the negative effects of stress.

Our expertise in yoga for stress relief make our classes ideal for corporates who want to offer their employees a chance to de-stress before or after work.
Pre & Post Natal Yoga
Post Natal Yoga is a gentle way to help your body heal from birth and slowly rebuild your body with love and care. It is advised to begin 6 weeks post partum to allow your body the ability to heal naturally.
Group Classes
We run group yoga classes at Sentosa Cove, in a beautiful sea side facing hut.

Your Teacher
An Australian living in Singapore, I am formally educated as an Optometrist. Now a passionate and enthusiastic yoga teacher, I love to help students learn about their inner being through yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. I enjoy inspiring others to improve their overall physical and mental wellness through physical exercise, nutrition and stress management techniques. An avid learner, I love spending free time reading yoga and Ayurveda textbooks, mindfulness books and fertility research papers. My own journey of infertility is the driving force behind Devi Yoga, where I aim to support people in their struggles in life and show them how to face their challenges with love and positivity.
